Terms of Service
Note: This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have an attorney review this before publishing, especially the payment, ownership, and liability sections below.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern any engagement with Atlanta Website Pros ("we," "us," "our") for website design and development services. By submitting an inquiry, signing a project agreement, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We design and build front-end, static websites (no database, no content management backend) for medical and home service businesses in the Atlanta area, as described in our published pricing tiers or a custom project quote.
3. Free Site Audit
A free site audit does not obligate you to purchase any services. Recommendations provided during an audit are based on the information and access available at that time.
4. Payment
Projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed milestone schedule. Specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
5. Ownership & Delivery
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website files and content created specifically for your project. Any third-party assets (stock photography, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their original license terms.
6. Revisions
We revise the design direction with you before moving into full build-out. If you're not happy with the design direction before we build it out, we keep refining it — you don't pay for a site you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.
7. Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support windows vary by package (see current pricing). Support beyond that window, or ongoing maintenance plans, are available separately.
8. Third-Party Tools
Our sites may integrate third-party services (such as an AI chat assistant or form delivery service) that have their own terms and data handling practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for third-party outages, hosting provider issues, or content you provide.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
